how can i eat more

Well, i am on this test 750mg/week and 300mg/primo cycle?

I knew tht i am not growing cause i am not eating a lot?

Wht can i do to eat more? I tired b12 injections but still i cant eat much, and i cant take whey cause it makes me have shit about 4 times a day, so i stopped it

I eat about 4 meals, nearly like this

Meal 1 : 4 eggs whole (about 23g protien)
Meal 2 : 2 chicken breasts and 1 cup rice (about 30g protien)
Meal 3 : 3 burgers and salad (about 30g ptotien)
Meal 4 : 5 eggs whole ( about 27g protien)

Supplemts i use:

Optimum After Max 40grams protien
Weider Whey Amino which is low in whey
Vitamin e, b6 and b12
Antioxidant

i know tht my diet is shit, but is there something which can make me eat so i can grow??

Throw in a sweet potato, High carb&protien drink, add a london broil steak in there.It hard but sometimes you have to force it down.
 
You're not getting enough of anything.
what about something like this?
Meal 1 : 4 eggs whole, protein shake, 2 cups of oatmeal (I add cinnamin & raisins)
meal 2 : protein shake with a couple scoups of dextrose
Meal 3 : 2 chicken breasts and 1 cup rice, 1 cup of veggies
meal 4 : protein shake with a couple scoups of dextrose
Meal 5 : 3 burgers, salad, baked potatoe
meal 6 : protein shake (no dextrose) cup of oatmeal

Granted it may not be the "best" diet in the world, but it isn't that far from what you
are doing now, which is very important. You can't make drastic changes and expect your body to accept it. Get use to this for a few weeks, then keep adding little by little until you start getting the results you want.
 
You must be one of those guys who eats more when he is hungry. You do not have to have the feeling of hunger in order to eat. Chewing and swallowing is not purely a reflex. You can control these muscle consciously. Fucking put the food in your mouth, chew and swallow. Eat yoru 10 meals a day at the appointed time, even if you are not hungry. In fact, I'll go on the record as saying, that when trying to make maxium gains in muscle mass, any time you allow youself to get hungry, you've already allowed your body to slip into a mildly catabolic state, and have reduced your gains.
 
I have`nt eaten when hungry in 6-12 months. I lose count.

Also, change your protein shake to a better quality one. Maybe that will help you, and take ginger root supplement for digestion. It helped me a lot with high protein meals. Like BBF said eat at certain times of the day wether you`re hungry or not. 8/Am, 10, 12, 2... etc. or every 3 hours but keep it regular and you`ll soon be able to cown it. Truat me I`m like you, I`m never hungry, but I force myself. If you wanna frow, you gotta eat. good luck.

I cant believe this diet. It is horrible.
 
You have alot of work to do on that diet...but one thing that will give you more calories is taking a couple teaspoons of olive oil each day. It is very calorie dense, and it also gives you your monounsaturated fats. But like I said...you have alot of work to do.

Right, it should be obvious without reading the diet that he must be starving to death to not be gaining weight on 750 mg of test a week... once you read the diet you see why.

Arnold didnt grow in one day, it takes years. Patience. Juice for 5 years then come back and tell us if you've grown.

Dude you need to read a lot first about nutrition...do your homework. You have to understand what are you eating and for what. Every mineral, every vitamin, every calorie has a job to do. You cannot copy and paste diets just because they look good to you.
 
You need to plan out times that you are available to eat. Whether it be a small snack or a meal. Try to space then about 2 1/2 hrs apart. A rule of thumb for a bodybuilder is this.. You dont eat when you are hungry., you eat when it is time to. Once u get a set schedule you will get used to it and it will become easier. When I am lagging and extremely full and it is time to eat, I will go with some fruit. It is easy to get down and peps you up. It doesnt give you that crappy full feeling and make u sluggush. Another thing I do is add as much liquid as I can when I am on the go. Ex. grab a couple glasses of low fat milk. You said you had problems with the whey. Try some lactaid from walmart. You can get the generic version for dirt cheap bc a good whey protein shake is an extremely beneficila tool bro. I am completely lactose intolerant. If I have any dairy I vomit for hours. But one lactaid ultra and I have no probs. So it should help you out. Good luck man.
 
Thanks guys, I really have to use all the information above cause this is my 8th week, and i cant gain any shit from test & primo.

Another lil trick Bodybuilders use to get Extra cals, is a tablespoon of peanut butter before noon.

HUH??? Before noon? Add 1 or even two to almost every meal......7 meals a day, I have one at every other meal and especially before bed.....

try eating a solid then a shake solid then a shake....It's difficult to eat 6-7 meals a day when your body is not use to it, also if you have a busy work load....liquid goes through your system pretty quickly and stimulates your appetite....just an example of my bulking diet

1 - 80g grits, 3 eggs whites, 55g whey protein, 4 strawberries, 20g peanuts
2 - 55g whey protein and 100g weight gainer, tablespoon flaxseed oil
3 - 300g potatoes, 40g peanuts, bowl of raw spinach
4 - 100g pasta and tablespoon flaxseed oil (goes through your system quick and I'm hungry as hell 1.5 hours later...this is also my carb loading meal to gear up for training)
5 - 80g rice, 170g 10% lean beef
6 (post workout) - 8ozs grape juices, 55g whey protein
7 - 170g chicken breast or salmon(I rotate to keep from getting bored...also fish oils are good for ya), 100g yams, 20g peanuts, 30g whey protein, bowl of raw spinach, flaxseed oil (I'm an ectomorph so I load up before bedtime...wake up with a flat stomach each time.....endomorphs can not eat like this..they will blow up like a balloon....total about 420g carbs, 320g protein, 120g fat

Also this works best for my schedule...I can not eat chicken breast that's been sitting for like 4 hours...shit is dry and not very tasty. pasta, and potatoes taste the same no matter what...and peanuts and drinks are easy to carry around

Ok I know this is off the topic (still about diet though), but I know that one of you guys must 100% know this: Help me out plz;

*Cooking beef! Help!*

I often cook my beef in a huge pot and do one of those Asian Hot Pot style- just basically long ass boiling time and chuck all the ginger, herbs and spices to tone down the awful smell from the beef.

The beef then becomes softish to the extent of shreddedness.

I need to know if cooking with such menthod would have wasted all the nutritional benefit from eating beef eg: protein all lost etc?

HELP GUYZ!

No, it is fine. You might break down some of the protien, but not enough to warrent worrying about. I'm a dual major in college right now, one of which is Nutritional Science (just to qualify that this is not just a random guess from some bodybuilder).

LoL you spend too much time on C&C. Don't forget that I am a swinger and have a bi-gf who posts on EF also. That seems to be the topic of conversation there a lot lately as well.
 
At the moment im well into skimmed milk. I know the lactose isnt that good for you but neck a couple of pints a day and thats an extra 500 cals and 40 gs of protein. Plus, it gives you healthy bones and teeth too, my dentist told me so. :verygood: ;)

For an extra 500 cals and merely 40gs of protein +hardly any lactose why not just have couple more of protein drinks?

(You'll achieve healthy bones and teeth too I am telling you :chomp: , I am sure my newly appointed mini-shorts Nutritional Scientist can confirmed this)

Beacuse i already neck 2 or 3 protein shakes through the day and that costs me enough! Plus if i had to drink 4/5 shakes a day id rapidly get the the point where just looking at a protein shake would make me retch :drink2: :sick: !

Milk is just somthing ill have with a snack to boost cals and protein. For example bowl of rice, tin of tuna and glass of milk Mmmmmmm. :p
 
Milk is not that bad. Lactose is a much lower GI carb than brown rice or whole wheat (plain, unsweatened or artificially sweetened yogurt is the lowest GI carb I know of), has high quality protien (milk protien is 20% whey 80% casienate), and has a large amount of calcium, magnesium and potassium (all of which offer anabolic benefits).

I do yogurt myself, but milk is decent enough.
