Hello all,
this summer I will be playing competitive soccer. I have been lifting now for about a year..I need to get my cardio back..and I also need to increase my speed. the problem is...how can I do this without losing muscle? especially if i train for speed. Also....any tips for being able to run forever without gasping for air as well as gaining speed? Thanks all!
