How Big is to big?

i have found that no matter what you do (to a certain extent) you can't change your 'build'.....I am a lean 165 (5-10 with 9% BF).

Always wanted to be around 200, my metabolism is a super freak though and no matter what I do i just shred instead of gain much mass ( I can gain a little, but struggle to keep it) Hell, I would even take some Fat if I had to.....anyone got any excess they want to throw my way? I don't have enough to "turn into muscle".

Bottom line is, you are never going to be as big / lean as you want to be, the mirror is an enemy sometimes....

here ya go.. a few %, haha.
ya mirror is the devil esp after look at mags or olympia video's.. damn im a twig after i look at those, lol
 
I used to be 240 lbs and fairly lean at 5" 10 (about 10 or 11%). It was just too big for my frame. i enjoy being athletic and I no longer felt athletic. I am down to 220-225 now and my goal is to be 210 at about 6-7%. I find that 205-215 is a comfortable weight and it is much easier to get tons of ass at that weight and level of leanness.

You can be 240lbs and athletic......it all depends on what exercises you do to keep your flexibility and your cardio.

Look at football players, not the OL/DL, but the other positions........those guys are up there in weight and still run fast and move laterally at the drop of a hat.

even still some of the DL can run sub 5 40's... fuckin nasty! my best with a injured ankle was 4.5. and i was like 170- 175
