Well... not really. 230'ies, 6'1" between 10-12 on the bodyfat... I go by how I look usually... I'd care less if I was 150lbs if I looked like I weighed 250.

i thought i was leaner but when i was working out a few days ago i asked one of the personal trainers to check my bf% and she said it was 13% but she said there is a 2% fluctuation, and no i dont mind your opinion so dont sweat it:D

Right now I am taking T200 about 8-1200mgs per week stacked with some winny taken eod oraly 1cc. Gains are decent, but will have to do. My last cycle before that (about 1 month before) was deca/dbol/test and I made huge gains off that. So about 10 more lbs and I will be ready to cut down to the right body fat to look great for contest.

I am starting cardio about 3-4 times per week after my workouts now, and about 2 months out I will do it ed for about 20-30 minutes, that along with the right drugs and clean diet I should be alright.

How far out R U? You need to do more cardio than that 8 weeks out unless you're really lean. What do U plan on using precontest???

If you read back a few I am doing the contest in spring, I have about 5 months from today out.

I will do light cardio for 3 months then heavy 2 months out.

Take no prisoners! Don't be nervous, competing is a blast! I have been at since 1985. I was only 15yo and I placed 3rd. It was an awsome experience and yours will be too. Good luck to you!

5'9" 195 lbs, BF 12% and getting bigger by a minute!!!

6'1" 46" chest 32" waist 14" arms/calves 23" thighs

I only weigh 160, but I haven't done a cycle and I've got a small frame (ie wrist is 6.25 inches). I'm lookin better all the time.

I am 5'6 180lbs around 9% bodyfat, as of measurements I know my arms are 16"(cold) the rest I have to update you guys on later. My arms have been improving I changed my workouts so they've been growing :). When I started seriously working out about 1 and a half years ago I weighed 125 lol. I'm so happy with the gains that I've made. My goal is to be at 200lbs with around a 6% body fat, that would be ideal. This board and its mod's have helped me so much with their informative posts and good advice. Thankyou for helping me get closer to my goal.
 
not big enough. wanna get my weight up to 240 this winter. all natural i might add. then diet down. want to be 215-220 at around 7-8 percent bodyfat by summer. hehe with the help of the "juice" along with my good training program and diet this is a sure thing. cant wait. that is my goal by my 22nd b-day in june
 
240lbs, 34 inch waist, 19 arms 5'9. Starting fourth cycle on Monday, hope it takes me where I want to be.

24yrs 6ft 198lb 20%bf arms 15" chest 43" waist 33" quads 23.5" calves 15" Starting my 2nd bulking cycle next week want to get up to 210-220 then i have a cutting cycle maped out for April time hopping that by july/aug i will be 190-200 with less than 10% bf.

I weighed 257 at my highest on cycle, I'm guessing maybe 7 pounds of water weight which i dropped the first 3 days after my cycle, and then the rest of the loss I attribute to a little post cycle loss and fat loss from the DNP I'm on which finally kicked in a few days ago :)

G-dog to answer your question on what I'm taking. Well my answer isn't all that exciting because I just finished my clomid from my last cycle 2 weeks ago. Right now I'm taking glutamine, creatine, Xenadrine, food and water. I've gained 5 solid pounds since I came off my clycle which is cool. I think I needed to relearn how to gain weight w/o roids. This off period is teaching me lots of new things that I wasn't doing before.

As for my next cycle which I'll probably start very late Jan or early Feb.... So far it'll include 750-1000mgs of test, some d-bol possibly deca and some winny. Or Test, fina, d-bol. I want to put on 10-20lbs in my next cycle. I have time to think it over and get advice on it. Your a big kid G-dog lol 5'11 and 296 lol, thats a lot of steaks. Goodluck with your next cycle and your training.

Bodyfat about 8 POSSIBLY 9% max, waterlogged but can still see serratus / obliques and vascularity in my stomach.

Arms Pumped: 17.25 right / 17 even left
Calves Pumped: 16.75 roughly
Quads Cold: 26

Astro01 When I started working out seriously I did 2 6week cycles of andro from Max muscle. The first cycle bumped me from 125 to 155. The second cycle maybe I gained a couple pounds nothing special.

My first cycle of roids consisted of sust. 500mgs for 7 weeks. I think that short cycle bumped me to 165.

My second cycle was 750mgs of sust for 8 weeks; 300mgs of eq for 10 weeks; d-bol 30mgs for 4 weeks. I hit around 175 on that cycle, went on vacation on my tenth week of the cycle. Didn't workout for 3 weeks, started drinking again due to my 21st birthday. Got a little fat lol for the first time in my life. Then I started to cut down with eca, I probably dropped down to 168.

The cycle I just finished was 600mgs of cyp for 8 weeks; 600mgs of eq for 9 weeks and 40mgs of d-bol for 5 weeks(all ttokkyo products). During that cycle I had a minor case of cellulitus in my delt from the cyp. This cycle helped me catch up with the weight and strength I lost from my vacation and drinking fun. This cycle bumped me to a solid 175 and even stronger then before :).

As to what I've done different. Glutamine has been my missing link. I feel that it has helped me keep my gains and make gains. I'm taking that stuff 4 times a day: in the morning, before the gym, after the gym and before bed. Plus my eating habits have improved, which makes a world of a difference.
 
Yeah posting pictures would be a bonus, not saying everyone is lying but pictures would be a nice touch, I am getting ready for my first NPC qualifier, I would like to think I am a shoe in but if i can't get my bodyfat below 6% I don't know, I am 5'11" 271 lbs. 21" arms cold, 53" chest cold bad atrophy in right quad trying to overcome it, left thigh 30" bodyfat at 10-11% now trying to lose a percent and a half over the next 4 1/2 months, wish me luck, Oh and I don't use steroids I hear they shrink your wee wee, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA............. Oh damn I am funny, seriously though I am on the if it's in front of me I shoot it plan, mostly test and eq right now just got off the hard stuff......wish me luck fellas.
