u mean huge like this? trust me i would love to claim a bigger measurement.


1) Illusion - bodybuilding isnt always about measurements it is about the illusion of those measurements. who cares if u really have a 28" waist as long as it looks like u do.

2) My tri's are only 1/2 my arm size when it really should be 2/3. So that ratio makes my bi's look bigger.

3) My delts dont overpower my arms. the bigger the delts the smaller the arms look imo.

4) my chest is very wide so the closer your arm is to reaching your outer chest the bigger it will look.

did anyone else notice that guardian is getting so swole that he is starting to get that little 'fold' (i have no idea what else to call it) it his pecs?guardian, you are a BEAST!

5'10", 223, 17.5 and 17.3 cold. I have very long arms and a short bi muscle belly. They have a nice peak though. They do look smaller than they are. I have excepted that bis will always be my weakest body part. It gives me more incentive to build sick legs.

length of arms. it is much much harder to get a longer arm large, but once it is, it looks HUGE.

a 18 inch arm is a 18 inch arm. no matter how long the arm, or what height its the same size. if someones arm is longer its not gonna look bigger if there both 18 inchs, it just depends on how big the bicept is compared to the tri.

its just as hard for a short person to put on muscle as a tall person.
