I know it wasn't asked but along with my 19" arms, my dick is so big it drags on the ground when I walk and I can piss I mile straight up.

that measurement was taken about 3 weeks ago though too... i could be getting more towards 17 by now... :fro:
 
Man this thread makes me further depressed about my little arms..F*CK

An inch for every ten pounds? I gained ten pounds and my arms grew .25 inches. BF stayed the same, and strength in everything went way up. What is wrong with me :(

There is nothing wrong with you at all. Everybody has certain things that are strong suits. Who really gives a shit about arm measurements when you gained 10lbs, your strength went up, and your bf % stayed the same?? I call that big-time progress.

I have 19" arms and the only work they get is 3-4 sets of hammer curls a week and 3-4 sets of Tate Presses a week. Sometimes 2 weeks will go by with absolutely zero direct work. My friend has 22" calves and he NEVER did a single calf raise in his life, but bitches that his arms are too small......my calves suck and I tell him I'd trade him any day.
 
Right now they are down to 19.5 cold. A year ago they were 20.75 cold and 22" pumped. My arms are 18" held out straight.

I am working hard to get back up there again, this not being able to really train for the last six months killed me.

So cold isn't your arms left at your sides straight? Thats what I thought cold meant. And that you didn't work out before you measured.

Cold is flexed without having lifted anything before. Pumped is after doing curls/tri-work to get blood into the muscle.

wow you guys are making me feel good about myself my right is about 17 and a half
and my left is millimeters under 17 cold
i gain about 3/4 inch pumped on both

dont worry im trying to even them out

Why do you have so be so negative? The only posts iv ever seen you make are bad mouthing the n00bs, its pretty immature. Just go with the flow.

My arms are 15 1/2.
 
i have cool 27 inches like the man of proportion himself mr valentino. oh yeah and my forearms are 8 inches, but its not synthol honest,

Not singleing you out bro because i see more people claiming this and i say its a bunch of bull !!! Theres no way you guys are going to pump a arm up a hole inch working out period...Ive mesured time and time again after event working bi and tri back to back most you might get is a half a inch if that....
This is just my opinion but a soild one....please :worried:

Hell better yet, lets run a poll on that !

...Slight tangent - when measuring the size of a thigh, do you measure half way between the knee and groin or the end by the groin, or just the place where you get the biggest measurement???

Not to start shit, but there is no fucking way that someone 14 has solid 22" arms...this is either bullshit or this dude is very, very fat. Do you know how big a 22 inch arm is???? Cold none the less.....hahahaha....thats fucking hysterical!
 
17.5'' pumped, with a 30'' waist (had to add that bit in). I was trying to do an arnold. i.e. age 18, 18'' guns, age 19 19'' and age 20 20'' arms. 20 now with near enough 18s so not bad i suppose.
 
Im a little confused how the hell can you even have 12 inch arms? Is that not a foot? thats about how wide my goddam chest is.... im canadian i dont know inches and what not but there no way somebodyes arm can be two feet or even 1 feet
 
Im 16 3/4 cold about 17 pumped. I used to think getting pumped made a big difference but the fact is you might get 1/4" if that..

6'2" 210lbs all natural only do powerlifting also no bodybuilding.
