how big are my arms?

I know they are not that big but i want to get to around 18" by the time im 21...im 19 now.

On average, to add an inch to your arms you need to add 10-15lbs of overall bodymass, so its more like 30lbs in two years...

Well, without knowing the exact size of something else in the picture, it's a difficult guess. You definitely look great and if your after big arms seems your coming along.
