how best to train while on steroids as a female

I’m gonna be starting my first steroid cycle as a female, it’s going to be VAR and I’m gonna do 5 mg a day for 12 weeks. What is the best way? I should be training while on this? Do you recommend that? I go more heavier on weights or should I stay lower weights and high repetitions to get the most out of it?
 
for strength training i think the key is stick to the big lifts. those are what help people get the most out of their strength improvements
 
i would do middle of the road. you won't go wrong that way. females have to be careful going too heavy
 
don't use a high dose of steroids if you aren't sure how to train yet. what works for you off steroids will work better on steroids
