How Bad Is Milk For You?

I am not saying in anyway that milk is bad for you, but have been seeing on other boards that the sugar in milk is bad. Also that you should stay away from it as it can pack on bodyfat if too much is consumed. I drink at least a litre or two a day with my protein shakes and wondering if this could play a role losing some unwanted poundage. I was just wondering other peoples experiences with milk and if i cut it out and used water for my shakes would this help in aiding me with fat loss.

I cut milk out of my protien shakes a couple of years ago. I some size around my waist, about half an inch. I also found that the shakes tasted better.

Yeah! Milk will make you fat. However i hate mixing my shakes in water.
What i do is grab some skim milk, mix some powdered milk in with it, add my protein and a packet of equal Volia!

RADAR

When I dropped Milk from my diet my skin condition improved, and my bodyfat percentage went down.
I now use Soya Milk exclusively.

Yep...all milk.
I read up on the stuff and its not pretty. A lot of mucus and bad crap in milk. Most of it coming down from the stuff they give to cows to make them good milking machines.

Drop it for a while and see what happens. You may be surprised!

Along with the sugar, the general bloat I would get was another factor in dropping the milk completely for lean ol' water. I haven't had milk in my diet consistently in 2-3 years.

True.

Genetics play a huge role in diet. Milk is certainly not for everyone despite what the FDA tell you and its RDA. Protein, calcium and other amino acids can be naturally found from a variety type of food.
I am not only lactose intolerant, but the occasional ice creams (whole milk) give me a clear increased in mucous production and digestive problems such as bloatedness and constipation.

The last glass of milk I had was about 4-5 years ago. I simply mix my protein shake in water and I am 100% satisfied with the bland, tasteless taste.
