How bad is a PO Box for domestic....

Oh, ok. I have a box at the UPS STORE and was worried after reading this. So they cannot legally open it? It seems strange that UPS can open mail when they are the carrier, yet cannot open it if they are the receiver. It doesnt seem logical.

fake id is a whole different ball game meaning one more federal offfense, if they just "look" into u and see that u are using a fake id ull definately go down and this provides more probable cause for other things "by the way mr judge, i really didnt know anything illeagal was being deliverd to me, that fake id i used to get the box was just cuz i flet like using someone elses id blah blah blah GUILT

Excellent response. The whole fake ID thing seems completely nuts to me. How many friggin laws do you want to break?? Plus, a 40 year old man that's using some juice to maintain his youthful glow looks a whole lot less guilty than a 40 year old man with a fake ID getting busted for possession of illegal substances. Not to mention the fact that a LOT of us live in smaller towns where the fake ID thing ain't exactly an option. . .everybody friggin knows me for chrissakes!

How about this, from a newbie. If you choose to get a single package sent to your home, write on the package, "Not at this address". And, "Return to sender". (Assuming you used a fake name). Hold on to the package for a week before opening.

Looks like the best bet is to make sure your source uses USPS NOT UPS or FedEX. Get a box big enough to hold any packages you have sent and try to open your MBE with a valid ID that does NOT have your home addy on it. Thanks for all the post on this thread- very good stuff.

bro quit wasting my time, go search it, it's a federal offense for people to open your mail (USPS transit/all when del.) in the US, period. If you don't know it, it doesn't mean I have to go search it out for you.

I know what the laws are. However, you are making a blanket statement that isn't 100% true.
