Just arrived in Kentucky on business. I stopped to ask directions at a convenience store and some dude with no teeth says to me "I dont know the NAYMZ of the roads...I just drive on 'em".

Cracked me the hell up.

I was outside, getting fucked up.
There was this lone firefly, roaming about.
Normally, the trees are filled with others, but not anymore.
He was lost... No other fireflys around. No one, nothing, just black night and cold wind.
One lone, sorry, lost, fucking firefly with no place to go...a last cause, beacon of failed hope in the night sky. The night previous, the branches were filled with female fireflies, they have like orgies and stuff. He messed it. Lost his chance, messed the whole fucking program. Like waiting for a train that was put out of service 5 years ago. Like 5 years in like firefly years, or dog years...I dunno
I tried to do him a favor and kill him, but he wasn't having it. I think my cigar smoke gave him the heads up. I didn't want him to go out like me.
Quick death is best. None of this rotting, endlessly for ffirefly years non-sence.
Poor bastard. I'd be his friend and make him my pet, but they don't last long.
Here today, die today. The one that fell between the cracks or the little firefly world of purpose. A waste
I wonder is his parents are gonna disown him in firefly heaven.
Labatt Blue in a can is shit.

I'm back in the office for the first time in a week... so that is both good and bad at the same time... looking forward for my 10:00 am chicken

I feel horrible; I am so sick. Egg white Protein Powder and me don't mix. Maybe its the quality of the brand I bought. I brake out from whey protein.

I wonder if I can cut the whey with egg white protein. Maybe that will cut down on the side effects I get from both of them.

hey there nyc:)maybe you should try and find some other kind of protien that won't make you sick :)
 
just came back from running 6 miles... now I am going to throw it all at the wind by going to a summer party with beer, wurst, etc... oh well, you only live once

I smoked a blunt with the Black Eyed Peas about 6 years ago trippin on acid. Good times.

I am fuckin great as well. Did DLs for the dirst time yesterday in a looong time and I am so happily sore today. Had a great chest workout this morning. Gonna go for a nice long bike ride this afternoon too and get some sun.
