I've been training for just over 1 year. Like most who train regularly, I became consistent when I saw the amazing aesthetic enhancements. But now i'm more concerned with strength.
But I never tests my 1rp because I didn't have a training partner for a long time and was being a bit of a pussy.
But I finally tested out yesterday for the first time:-
Squat 185kg
Deadlift 190kg
Bench 112.5kg (Lame I know)
How are those numbers for 1 years training @ 95kg?
