Alright guys, I got pics when I was down to around 185, pics at when I bulked up to about 240 and some pics when i'm trying to maintain/cut at 230ish. I'm guessin you can figure out which ones are which. I'll take any requests for any other shots and if you guys have any questions regarding cycles/training, etc. please ask.
