i agree with tom. i think this is a good exercise selection, are you hitting legs only once a week? i'd recommend doing them twice unless you're deadlifting on another day (i would still squat twice but you'd have to change the volume to make it work).
- So 2-3 set of GM would be enough. I was doing 5 sets because I do my squats with a close stance to hit quads more so I figured I should do 5 sets to really hit the hams.

- I do legs every six days and deadlifts on my back day so I wouldn't be able to squat twice a week.
Deadlifts and squats still manage to hit the hamstrings. Hamstrings don't need as much of a pounding as quads, in my opinion. 2-3 sets should be fine. If you really feel you want more, do 3-4 most. I wouldn't do 5, but you could get away with it.
