hooray, tuna farts

Throw it in a strainer and wash it well with water to get rid of the salty, fishy flavor. Then press out the water and throw it down in big bites, rinsing with water as you go. I choke down around 2 lbs a day like this.

I like the way that sounds BigAndy, I'll give that one a try.

Here is one way I dress it up. I add salsa to it and eat with wheat crackers. Both are cheap and it definitely tastes better and has a better texture.

Another way I dress it up is with beans. I add a can of kidney beans or lima beans to two cans of tuna and mix it up real good. The beans are extra protein and all you really taste is the beans.
 
Try adding drained mandarin oranges from the small cans. You can also add 1tbsp. of fat free mayo. Sounds nasty, but tastes good. You can hardly taste the tuna because of the oranges.

Are you crazy!!! Kidney beans plus Tuna, are you trying to suffocate someone?

Seriously, you may want to try black beans. 1 cup has 20g of fiber, 20g of protein and 20g of low GI carbs. It tastes much better than kidney beans and it doesn't make you fart.

Try this: 0.5-1 cup of black beans, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar.(persly, green onions, green peppers optional)

Add lemon juice to the tuna and pour the beans over it or just eat it seperately.

I actually look forward to this meal, I've had it every day for the past 3 months.

Btw, I've worked as a Kitchen manager for a longtime. :)

LMAO!!!! Yeah but farting is half the fun.

I've tried it with black beans too. Pretty good.
 
I eat 5- 6oz cans every day along with alot of other shit.I just eat it with crackers and take big bites.I dont have the time to make a gourmet meal out of it.
