Home gym advice.... Which bench?

I need some advice on a dedicated flat bench for my home gym. I already have a Flat/Incline/Decline bench and a power cage but I want to add a dedicated flat bench to my gym. I have budgeted about $250 for the bench. I have had good luck dealing with www.newyorkbarbells.com so I am leaning towards them for the bench.

Tell me what you think about the following three benches...
1. $250 http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/pro952025.html

2.$229 http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/pro95202.html

3.$269 (Spotter stand included)http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/pro95201.html

The first two state a weight rating of 6000lbs and the third doesn't state it's rating but I'm sure that it would suffice.
Thanks.

I like the one for $229...I think it's a better over all value. Since this is for your home gym, you're probably not gonna have a spotter that often so a spotter platform is not really needed and I like the bar rests on this bench because they're more open. Gives you more of a range to re-rack the weight which would be important for your final sets or heavier poundages. All in all, it looks pretty dependable and you don't need anything too fancy.

Thanks for the replies. I don't need a spotter rack and in fact I would rather it didn't have one so I could push it up against a wall for better space use. I'm leaning towards the first one but I'm worried that the padding is a little lacking.
