I actually get money back this year. 5K to be exact!! I think that's the best I've/we've ever done. The wife prolly has half of it spent already...lol. Hope y'all do just as good.

I reckon. Last year was just the opposite though but that was mostly my fault. I took an unscheduled distribution (lump sum) from one of my IRA's & got hammered big time for it. That really sucked. Don't think I'll ever do that again. This is much much better.

mine was partially that, but mostly EIC. i love EIC, however, some day i'll have a good paying job and i'll be paying more taxes than i want to think about.
