Holy Shit Juicing Takes A Lot Of Money!!

Has an all naturel trainer I dont not use AAS (e.g. Fina/D-Bol) so nutirtion is even more important for me. I do use Myoplex but I supplant that with Chicken of the Sea Tuna from Walmart. This combonation helps me to add freaky mass gains without hurting my wallet.

The info isnt always going to be handed to you Sally, if all we did was answer newbie questions no progress would be made, this site has a comprehensive search mentioned in the Newbie Post above you, use it.
 
true about the guys saying to eat protein from fish/steak/chicken etc. my question is for the guys who are finishing 10lbs of whey in under a month. I was always told for the longest time that whey protein taken at any other time other than pre/post and morning, is a complete waste because its digested so quickly, an mrp or a blend of casein/egg/whey would make alot more sense or am i wrong here? If im right that means alot of you guys are wasting away your whey! :)

For the original question on the thread, supplements are just that there supposed to help with your diet, why is everyone looking for that magic powder the best gains from something that walked or swam before :)
