HOLY SHIT.........9lbs Week 1 CKD

I almost shit my pants when i got on the scale, i know most of its water but i can see in the mirror already im leaning up.....

I was 285 now 276 getting more vascular....I will get down to 250!!!!


BTW I have 40 zambons in my room......Im debating :confused:

Whats your diet look like? Any supplements like an ECA to go with it?

My diet consists of,

Hamburgers
Tuna
Salmon
Chicken(not too much)
Sausages(Breakfast)
Eggs
Pork
Steaks
Halibut
Scrod
Filet
Pepperoni
Prosciutto

Any Fatty deli meat with no carbs, i read the labels on all...Some are processed with sugar.

Condiments

Mayo
Mustard
Trapp'ys Red Devil Sauce
Olive oil


Supps

AlA
ECA(Homemade)
Charge(I take Eca 3 days on 1 day off)
Flax Oil
 
Congradulations on your success but not only will this probably not happen in the weeks to come but if it does you will seriously sacrifice muscle and probably need to add calories to your diet or slow down on the cardio.

I just cut my cardio starting today to 3 times a week, when i dont train. I have been doing too much cardio. I am concentrating on my diet and protein more now and training effeciently...

This is a pic last week before i started the diet for a before pic..

Im 285 in this pic here. Last summer i put on about 20 lbs on my cycle and aftera long winter of training heavy and eating its time to lean out. Im not a pretty boy who needed to be "READY for summer this is something thats a passion to me...Not for anyone else.... I didnt test my b/f but im gonna do it tonight....No stomach shots yet boys,I have them but the're for personal reference now....A few weeks i'll post them........

Thanks to everyone on the board who helped me out so far.
 
I didn't think ALA was beneficial on a no-carb diet? Or are you just using it on your carb-up days?

Its good for carb up and when you are trying to get into ketosis. Once you are in you should not use it.

I used it to get into ketosis, i have a hard time doing so so from day 1 u used ala but cut down everyday to 0...Took me 3 days to get into ketosis, I never saw the ketostik that purple.....I will be using ALA on my carb up day.....1.5grams 3x throughout the day....

Hey man, you got a lot of size and a good base to work with. Keep up the good work and concentrate on keeping as much as that muscle as possible while loosing the weight. It would be a damn shame to loose that muscle you worked so hard to obtain.
