holding some water, will an increase in letro kill it?

About 3 weeks into my current cycle oft test e , eq, and winstrol I started to notice a little bit of bloat and my nips are not sore, but are a little puffy/watery looking as well as my abs and lower back. I am taking 1.5 mg of liquid letro ed. I am only using 350mg test ew, and 600 mg eq ew but I guess I am sensitive.

Will increasing the femera help kill the bloat, or is there another pathway that is causing the bloat aside from some estro in my system?

You can keep the letro dose the same and try natural OTC diuretics and increased water intake.

Natural OTC diuretics:
vitamin C, dandelion root, glycerin, and caffeine
increase water intake and start taking in distilled water instead of bottled

I have a light film of water over my entire body, my nips are a little puffier than they were before the test and eq kicked in. I may try upping the dosage of the letro to see if it will reduce nipple "bloat".

The dandelion root is effective for me, but if the bloat is caused from estro, won't I accumulate fat quicker than estro is suppressed?

Letro is king.

Ive had a dime sized lump in my nipple for about 3 weeks. Been taking nolva 40mg ed and it did nothing. I took letro 1.25mg for 2 days and the fucking lump is gone.

Nolva sucka ass, letro is king.

Letro seems to be working for me too. Since my gyno is progestin related, I'm trying to get some dostinex to see if that gives it the final 1,2 punch it needs. I seem to be quite progestin sensitive and would like to have some dostinex on hand. Letro seems to be doing the job, sex drive down quite a bit and seems like I get more tension headaches than usual lately- lol probably from not having sex!

letrozole is a potent and effective drug, AIFM is an effective drug with a different profile. AIFM is not as strongly suppressive as letro, though it is the strength of letro that often causes problems (crushing libido and drying out joints).

both can effectively reverse gyno, though neither is a guaranteed fix.

With regards to gyno is am I correct that letro help Estrogen related gyno, as well as progesterone/prolactin related problems?

Also, how many days does it normally take to kick in (see results or have estrogen inhibited) ?

FYI, gota bro with a very mild case of gyno he mysteriously got from anavar. Hes starting letro today, seeing as nolva just made things worse (progestins involved?)... he worked up to 80mg ed, and still nothing. Hes done with nolva completely now, seeing how it wont have cleared his system not for a few weeks anyway when the femera has already shitkicked the estro eliminating the chance of a rebound. He also has some winny on hand, but without any estrogen im doubtful his joints will thanks him so ive advised him not to use it.

I don't know. I used winny on my first cycle a little bit and have to confess that I didn't have any gyno problems. But, being concerned with hairloss problems, I've not used it since. I've found a good place (I believe anyhow) to get dostinex at an affordable price, so I'm just going to use that- especially after hearing about all it's other benifits- looking forward to having a sex drive again. At only 1 mg. per week, it's really not that over priced if you look around. That's just my take though. If you like winny, heck, maybe it would work.

I have had large gyno lump behind both nipples for the last 6 mths tried nolva 40mg a day for PCT after testcyp, eq & dbol cycle. Didnt have gyno during pct but once i stopped slowly got worst. It has been awhile now i know but what would be more effective letro or AIFM? What dose would be best? Going to be running clen/nolva/winnytabs with either the letro or aifm. Will run Need to get this gyno away before holidays which is 6 weeks. Before any asks why just starting treatment 6 mths later wasnt too bad after pct but has got worst. Been doing extensive cardio last several weeks and lumps behind nipples have become more noticeable.

Bro of mines in a similar situation ... go with the letro @ 2.5mg ed, once it subsides taper down slowly (i think Mr X said .25mg a week) then switch to AIFM for men. I cant see the winny hurting your gyno at all either ... your joinnts might get shit on, but I guess its a give take thing you got going here. Post how it goes for ya

letro is the only gyno cure out there - you are one of many who found everything else to be PURE BS. Letrozole is the best AI out there for gyno.

You can taper the letrozole to .25mgs-.5mgs ED. if you're on a cycle stick to using letrozole the whole time - sounds like you're gyno prone.

It'll help with progesterone sides, but for prolactin sides I would suggest adding dostinex.

It will 'kick in' right away, but it doesn't mean he'll see results right away. It might take weeks to see results. Some guys are reporting results in days, but, generally, it takes a few weeks. Too many variables involved.

I've seen guys in the same gyno situation get rid of their gyno in different time-frames.

yeah have done small courses of sus & deca before 3rd cycle i stepped it up using BD testcyp, BD EQ & BD Dbol. Quality gear good gains did PCT only used nolva which i know wish i used letro or adex but have now ended up with large hard lumps behind both nipples. Next 6 weeks going to be dedicated to letro/clen/winny with clean diet, plenty of cardio with weight training. Will start own thread once it begins.

yeah right on thats what I figured ... by 'kicking in' it should stop the gyno in its tracks and prevent it from getting worse within the first few days Id imiagine though.
No idea if he has prolactin problems, no lactating or anything ... the quick nipple problems off such a low dose of ananvar just really seemed unexplainable and his affected nip does in fact seem to be discolored @ times. Anyhow, hes starting today, and has learned a valuble lesson in always having AI's on hand/running with gear. Nolvadex really dose seem to be losing popularity, and fast. thx
 
Holy shit misplced my Letro with Clen LOL

fuck i took 1 mg of clen i dont know if thats a low dosage or what for clen. i got 2 free bottles of clen and i went to take my letro and it was clen LOL. i know nothing about clen but i was shakin really fuckin bad, felt like i was on ephedrine for 24 hours and i got cramps. could that doseage killed me? fuck thats scary shit

you did not take 1 mg of clen - you might be dead if you did. Your liquid clen is likely 120mcg or 200mcg per ml. You would have needed 5-6ml to get 1mg.

200mcg is a huge dose. Most people cannot handle over 100mcg a day. When did you take it?

That is good to hear - Clen is no joke at high dosage. I suggest you keep them seperate to not make the same mistake. I am surprised you slept friday night.

honestly man it was my buddies stag and i was drinking. u know when u get home at 300 in the am and u pass right out it took me at least 30 minutes to get to sleep it was crazy

LOL, I did something similiar once. Those liquid research bottles all look the same. I ended up taking a long run around my neighborhood at 3am to blow off some energy. I still didn't sleep that night. I'm glad to hear you are ok. That shit can get scary, especially when your hands won't stop shaking.

There was a post awhile back about some guy who made his own liquiclen from powder and did not wear rubber gloves. Anyhow, according to him, he got a lot of clen in his system and was fucked up for days, super high heart rate, parenoid halucinations etc etc.- probably combined from not being able to function for days. That would suck so bad. I never even considered screwing around with making my own after reading that. I never go above 80 mcg myself. Good luck, and yeah, you atleast know it's real now!

This guy has competed and won for several years. Just wasnt thinking...drew up a full ml with a regular syringe...shot it in his mouth...didnt realize what he had done until he felt it sting his mouth...

He made it.

Was on 200mcg for 8weeks straight, noticed that clen does make you tired and also, I know this is weird but I was shooting bigger loads.

Bros been on letro for a week now @2.5mg ed. Nipple pain is now gone, nipple is still puffy at times, and the stem is thicker, and nip is whiteish color aswell too. Mind you hes been fucking with them too much, so ive told him to stop that. No lactating . Now ... when his nips get cold, ex first thing in the AM they shrivel up to the size of dimes, and get really small. Also on days when he isnt pinching the crap out of them it feels asthough the gland or lump underneath is indeed shrinking. thx

How long for letro to clear your system?

Does femera have a long half life(s) like nolva around 5-7 weeks or does letro clear you faster...? thx

though it can take up several weeks for impacts on sex drive to abate- metabolic neurotransmitter adaptions to the estrogen suppression may take longer to resolve.

ok then ... heres my follow up question macro. My bro has been on letro for 10 days, his gyno does seem to have shrunk etc although he does still have some puffyness. Sex drives nowheres to be found, no big deal though. Now ... before he started the letro he was running nolva @ from 40 up to 80 mg a day. Hes happy with how it is(his nipples that is) and would like to taper off the letro, and see if the slight discoloration of the areola dissaptes naturally. As you told me last week nolva takes 5-7 weeks to clear the system, and his last dosages were quite high (80mg last day). Is he able to taper down off the letro asap at say .25 mg every 2 days or something? FYI, he has been off gear (anavar that was probably dbol) for 3 weeks hence his system should be clear, and test will not be inhibited seeing how he only ended up taking 240mg total if you can beleive it. So what im asking what is the best way to get off all ancillaries ASAP @ this point in time and go from there. PS, he has some AIFM for men on the way but would prefer to try and clear himself of everything and go from there.

Man what a difference it makes when your estro levels are a little higher. I have been hitting PR's all over the place. I actually feel just as lean when I am in the gym and pumped, but at home when cold I feel and little sloppier. When on the letro my skin was like saran wrap.

Will keeping estro levels a little higher and allowing a little bloat actually cause fat accumulation, or is it more of a temporary cosmetic deal? Would I be able to get much leaner if I suppress estro almost completely?

IM currently on letro 2.5mg a day becuase i got gyno from a superdrol cycle a couple months ago. I just started a T-bol cycle and am still on the letro. Should i cut the dose in half? i dont want the gyno to come back, but i want to get eveything from this cycle that i can.

Thats why blood levels are invaluable on a cycle if you can get them oestrogen is very important but we all know too much is too bad with anabolic cycling its very hard to know the right AI amount

Does letro help to cut? Or does it just make you dry?
Im also gaining almost not when using it in tren cycles, does letro realy inhibit gains that much?

I ran Letro at 2.5 throughout a similar cycle. I am not sure if 1.25 would have worked or not - mine was dosed at 2.5 per ml so I just went with an ml a day. So my piece for you is that if the 1.25 isnt working I tested out 2.5 and its not gonna hurt ya.

i'm using AG letro...that shit rocks! i use it at 1.25mg/day. being that it tastes like ass though, i draw it into a syringe and then shoot it into an empty gell cap. it takes about a minute for the cap to desolve so you can swallow it immediately and be fine.

if you still have a good sex drive even on letro and ure pretty dry....i think youre fine...right now im on 2.5mgs letro eod...50mgs proviron and 20mgs tamox daily..and i feel good, nice sex drive...and fairly dry. Using a combo of anti e's that hit estrogen from all angles is best...but then again..thats a little advanced..and im a competitive bb'er..so..

use of nolvadex with or after progestins (superdrol among them) is usually not a good idea and can actually cause or worsen gyno.

You should get rid of your gyno before going on cycles IMO.
 
Letro on Lipid Profiles, and is it hepatoxic?

How is Letro on Lipid profiles and is it hepatoxic? Is it ok to take forever?

negative, somewhat on lipids (more so when on cycle).
its not hepatoxic.

generally extended use is not reccomended because of the level of suppression

yes, both it and AIFM have a better long term (and generally short term) estrogen suppression profile, They dont have negative impact on cholesterol. They are both stronger than arimidex, and also have a better suppression profile (the suppress strong metabolite (estradiol) as well as letro, but they allow some of the weaker metabolite (estrone)- hence a better suppression profile). Both dex and letro strongly suppress estrone (the weak metabolite) but letro suppresses both metabolites strongly.

you could always get AIFM.

there is also the well known BD and LSP "guy", believe his aromasin tabs are relatively affordable.

There is always powder, though unless you have access to testing dont particularly reccomend it.

Hey guys, I think I read somewhere that Letro can affect your hairline. I noticed that my hair started to thin while on it....I dont think it was my mind playing tricks on me. Now I really like letro, and I still have a slight case of gyno....how can I continue to use this? Would finasteride along with letro stop the thinning while I treat my gyno? I really feel im stuck here.

It depends on the individual.....many drugs CAN cause hairloss independant of DHT involvement.....IE.....Levodopa can cause hairloss....just to name one.
Some drugs may trigger TE, or just cause it outright.....many drugs...

yes, but have seen no evidence that being the case here.

stimulants and dopaminergics can cause shedding. Excess selenium, thryoid, amphetamines are all implicated in shedding .

exactly, been using letro for years, neither I nor any of my clients (even the ones with hair problems) had any issues with hair loss from letro. If you're worried, there is always finastride or durastride :coffee:

How much Letro/day during cycle for MILD estro sides?

My nipples are a hint sensetive. Nothing big at all, but they do seem a bit puffier than usual and I get RT a lot more than normal. So, how much letro should I do per day to combat this? I'd like to only use what's necc cause the sides are barely there, and I really only want to lower my est levels to around where they are normally while not on cycle.

So, .5mg a day, or is that too little?

you can start there and possibly work your way up if you have to. I am taking 2.5mg right now for gyno too. So far I haven't seen any results but I have only been on letro for about 4 days now. I was on .5mg of Arimidex for about a week along with 40mg of Nolva. I was told to ditch the Nolva and Arimidex and take the Letro because its stronger.

i use 1.25mg/day while cycling. if i get a gyno flair up...i up it to 2.5mg/day. works every time for me.
