The important thing is that HMB is not going to hurt you.
Sure,you might have to take alot, Maybe not 20g, but 6g to 10g.
and a other thing is that HMB might not help to much to gain mass, but it could help people who play sports who have to run.
basket ball, soccer, ect...or low carb........or older people in general. Is HMB high on my list?...NO...but to say that it is shit is just as stupid. besides.....if you are onthis boards, you should know how to get the lowest price on the stuff.
