Hitting shoulders too often?

my new spread is this

mon- back/tri's
tue-shoulders
wed-off
thursday-legs
friday-chest/bi's

it was this

mon-back/bis
wed-shoulders
fri-chest/tri's

I dont know if Im using my shoulders more now than I was before? my new split is using the 5x5 training, but when I start to bench press it hurts...and I try to REALLY warmup...its kinda sharp pain on my right shoulder...whats your expert advise?

btw, I think I read a thread that might have answered this, I never really had shoulder pain doing BB flat bench before, but I guess since Ive been going heavy on all my exercises its taxing....I guess I will continue my 5x5 on chest with DB lifts...I know the weight increases will be bigger but I just gotta deal with it.
