Wtf. For a while now when i stand up after laying or sitting down my hip will pop with kind of a shift after I straighten my legs out. It never hurts almost feels better after it pops. I hardly notice it unless my back is bothering me than I'm kind of looking for it as kind of a release. I used to never stretch which is what f*cked my back up and I'm sure this hip thing is probably related to my back and lack of stretching when I first started lifting(heavy deads and sqats with shitty form ofcourse). Anyways, when doing leg lifts or really anything laying, sitting, or hanging where I just lift my legs it pops or grindingly shifts or whatever you want to call it every F*CKING rep. It doesn't hurt but this can't be good.
