my lockouts on squat and dead are VERY very fast (compared to the rest of the lift)...and i feel like my hips are going to come out of my skin at the top of the lift...if that makes any sense. This only happens on sets i use lighter percentages of my max. Today it was pretty bad...whats up with that? I get this really bad pain in my hips

I get that sometimes, especially on seated calf raises. I think it is just a nerve impengement by the muscles when they aren't fully loaded. Will be interested to see anyone else's thoughts though.

Hmmm...maybe take down the level of intensity for a week or two and increase the speed dead intensity. Maybe...only do 3-6 sets of box squats and then do 6-12 sets of speed pulls.

I know that there is a reason why the WSB guys wear loose suits when they box squat...OR very tight blue jeans.

Clint i'll try your idea next week. What about groove briefs? they are cheap and everyone seems to recommend them for DE lower
