Hill Charges For Cardio?

How many of you do hill charges for cardio and if so , what kind of reps, variations, or routine do you do on how steep of a hill? How good of cardio is this compared to just basic jogging? Anyone?

If your 56...and taking aas... this is the most important part of life to do cardio in my opinion..at this age is when you see guys falling over because of cvd. Cardio should be routine for you, no brainer to help #1 shed those 5-10 lbs you say #2 or even #1 keep your heart and lungs in condition and in shape... sure a good pump in the gym to keep you breathing hard is good, but really exercising your heart is key to a healthy life.... but thats just my 2cc

I did hill charges for about 30-50 minutes 3-4 times per week for the better part of 6 years.

Sometimes I charged regular, sometimes with ankle weights, sometimes with ankle weights and 10 lb. dumbells, sometimes I'd finish it off with a 30 min. flat land run.

Some of the best workouts in my life. Unbelievable.
