Hi All,
Well I finally broke down and took some pictures that I did not want to take. My before pictures. I think this will be make a huge impact on my training and overall motivation...and to be honest the group here is very supportive as I can see. This will eventually (I'm hoping) turn into my log as well, but one thing at a time. Rome wasn't built in a day. Any comments would be appreciative. I'm simply wondering if I have a good base to start with? Keep in mind I'm approximately 135lbs right now, 28% body fat.
