The boards we had went like this, clean and jerk 175 and 200, deadlift 400, curl 125 preacher aginst the wall with vertical legs, full squat 400 pounds no help (this was a tough, for me anyway) 1/4 squat 600 pounds, it was on a set rack so eight holes down from your head, bench 250 and bench 300. Then military your body weight!! This was brutal, it took 2 years to get this at 225.
