high reps

thaibox mentioned drop sets. I would like to hear from people who do this. I do it and find that you really destory the muscle in a short period of time. Anyone else do this often?
 
i don't do it often... a bit too strenous to do often, but every now and then i'll do it to get that pump that's unmatched by anything else.
 
Fast twitch fibers are worked hard in the 3-6 range which have the most potential for size and strength. Reps in the 15-20 range are good for warming up.
 
I use 10-15 reps for 1 warmup set for each body part then 4-6 reps for working sets, i dont find i can increase the weight if i do any higher.

Im interested in knowing what reps and sets you do for abs and forearms.

I might try higher reps for legs after what has been said and see how that goes.
