high dose test cyp. injections (3cc)??

There is no such thing as "wasting" test by taking to much of it. However, there comes a point of benefits versus health risk, etc..

Yes taking more test may bring greater results 500mg vs. 1000mg lets say, but there is an upper limit. You can't say okay I am gonna pump 4grams of test a week and add 40 lbs versus taking 1gram a week and adding 10 - 15lbs. Those 3 extra grams may be the difference of 5 to 10lbs given diet, training, cycle history, level of experience your at. The flip side is it can only add another 5 lbs of water weight and do nothing other then make you unhealthy.

Save those dosages for some pro's at that level of experience in dieting and training and need to go that extra mile. 1 gram to 1.5 grams is more then enough to make you grow if you eating enough and training hard.

Do a Monday Wednesday Friday rotation.

I thought we were talking about 750mg here. Whats all this talk about taking grames of test. I don't think even 1/5th of the people in this thread should be even thinking about a gram of test.
 
as advised , i think a mon/wed/fri. rotation will suffice. i'm also runnin adex at .5mg e3d

run it as you need it, you may need more you may need less. overusing AI's is almost worse than not at all
 
why is it that pro bodybuilders take 2 - 4 grams a week then?
i would be wasting 1500mg?

I think he was saying that after a certain amount, whatever your body can handle at that given time, the rest will aromatize and be converted to estrogen. So, for some it may be 500 mg, others it may be 750 mg, for me it currently seems to be about 300 to 350 being the max dose I need before I start to be symptomatic with sides and need AI's. I'm currently doing around 350 mg/wk of prop with proviron 25 mg EOD. I'm keeping my BP down, no sides at all, and I feel great, tons of energy, raging wood, etc etc. But hey man, I'm done with all the high dose stuff. The higher the dose, the more ancillaries you need to counter the sides. I'm getting stronger adding a few pounds of mass, holding NO water to mention, so the gains I get I'll keep. Pro BBers need that dose because the smaller doses don't do it for em anymore. They also have doctors monitoring all their vitals, get bloodwork done on a regular basis, and keep their shit in strict check. Which is something a lot of the peeps on here don't do. I'd be willing to put money on it that only 1 out of 10 guys on here have ever had their blood work done, and 1 out of 5 keep doing it every 6 months just to be sure they're good to go.

yep, bro, i don't think most of the peeps on here realize the power of test with a good diet. small doses can get you there just as quick with diet and training.
