High blood pressure

I just go with aspirin when I masterbate too much, oh yeah and when I get headaches too. Seriously though, I think there was already a discussion on here where the conclusion was that there is nothing over-the-counter for high blood pressure. I'm sure you've already used aspirin, if not then you might as well it could be that simple.

i'm not sure.
anyway, have you tried prescription b.p. medications like zestoretic? it only takes one trip to the doctors. my b.p. went from 150/100 to 130/80 using 10/12.5 zestoretic (zestoretic comes in at least 2 strengths. 10/12.5 & 20/12.5).
Your probably dehydrated, drink up a gln of H2O/ day - atleast.
Gets some Vitamin E if you think you've got HBP;
Lay off the fast foods and store preped ones, as they have plenty of MSG (monsodium glutamate = known poison, used as a flavor enhanser) - which is most likely the cause of your head ache.
