High blood pressure/cholesterol...but want to try diesel/tren NEED2 Get in here!

I had my levels checked about a year ago, and I still take my blood pressure at that machine in the food store about once a week. Today it was 135/85, kind of high. I looked at my results for my cholesterol and it was 212, slightly higher than the 200 norm, however, my LDL, HDL and triglycerides were well within normal ranges. My triglycerides were at 103.

I want to run a diesl/tren or beast/tren cycle, however, I don't want to have a fucking stroke. What do you guys suggest? Need2?

I wouldnt run it dude, just my personal opinion. 135/85 is not totally horrible, but having it already high when you are going to do something that will make it higher is not good. I would try to get to 120/80 stable before I even though of adding anything that would make it higher

I appreciate the advice. I'm going to start doing cardio, b/c I have ONLY been lifting weights. I made an appointment with my primary next week so I'll see what he has to say. Hopefully, he'll help me out and we can level off everything.

Yeah, get that BP down. Mine usually goes to about 140-144 while on beast, up from a normal 125. You do not want to ever get over 150 or you are going to have some serious issues. 150 is consider hypertensive, and you don't want that shit.

Yea, I'm going to have my doctor test me once a week during the cycle. With my co-pay, it's only like $10-15 per visit, so I figure why not. I'm going to be honest with him and bring in the beast, diesel and tren next week to show them to him and see what he says. I'll report back.

I actually had my mom take my BP tonight (she's a nurse), since those grocery store machines tend to not be entirely accurate. She took it on my left arm and right arm. Right arm I was 124/55, and left arm was 131/75...so it's not that bad. The left arm was read after I finished wrestling with my brother, so that might account why it is a little higher. I'll wait and see what the doc has to say.

150 systolic is serverely hypertensive, some medical manuals even list 120/80 as "pre-hypertension" though so I guess it depends on where you read. Start the cardio as recommended, maybe 30 min 3x per week and supplement with fish oil 2-3 times per day and you'll see it drop in a month or so. Of course tightening up your diet helps as well. a couple years ago I was diagnosed with severe hypertension, did the above and now I'm hovering around 115/74 or thereabouts and that's even with putting on more weight. I think the Fish oil caps are what made the big difference (I use nordic naturals 3x per day), I'm also a cardio fiend as well.

X2 on the fish oil helping... Mine dropped from 120/70 to 104/58 with some added cardio and fish oil supps..

no dude. get it down.
egg whites, chicken, salmon.

no red meat.

your bp is nothing to fuck with brah

150 is not severely hypertensive.

140 is consider borderline hypertensive, while 150-160 is moderate hypertension. Severe hypertension isn't calssified until 170/110

120/80 for many people is actually very normal and fine. That's not even close to pre-hypertensive.

It all depends on the individual as well. If you are normal 100/55 like my mother is, then yeah 150 is bad.

When I tested 144/85 at the doctors office, they didn't even seem all that concerned.
