High amounts of sugar in yogurt!

All,

has anyone noticed how high the sugar amounts are in yogurt? I looked down at the label today and noticed the stuff Im eating has 42 grams!!! that almost double a soda

im sure the brand makes a difference but I guess the point is to always check the labels to be safe...

Blue Bunny Light 85 is 85 Cals, 8 Sugars, 14 carbs. the lactose sugars are taken care of by the Acidophylis and other live cultures so its actually less.

when i was eating a lot of it, the stuff i ate only had somewere around 12 grams of sugar.

axel rod... 6 grams whey protein concentrate..... and 14-15 grams sugar and its generally fructose (~30) on the G.I.

frozen yogurt is my favorite food, eat it twice a day but I generally don't count carbs
