My wife and I recently had a talk about it, and she is ok with it if I stay on conservative amounts and am careful. The major selling poing was the sex drive. She has noticed that I am starting to get content with 30 mins of sex a day... whereas she is 31 has always had a high drive and is reaching her peak. She wants it 2-3 times a day and test will do just that. LoL
I also explained the longevity benefits, and how it can prevent muscle and connective tissue degeneration as we age. She works in nursing home care and actually fears us growing old, frail and helpless.
She has concerns of course, as she is very health oriented (former vegan and animal rights activist/protester)... eats a lot of organic food, is very careful about food additives, trans fats, is even picky about what soaps we wash clothing and dishes with. I'm still struggling to convince her that lifting weights would improve her health and quality of life, she thinks riding her bike and walking everywhere is enough.
