Hi everyone, my name is luke. I enjoy working out and also enjoy reading and learning new things to help improve myself. I suffered a separated ac joint injury about 1.5 years ago that set me back quite a bit. The shoulder is still hurt as the ac joint rarely heals correctly after injury. It's been 6 months since I've come back from my injury and my shoulder is doing pretty good. Here are some pics of me. I don't believe in steriods and only take supplements like protein, and creatine. The last pic is before I started working out do I look any different?

Dude, of course you look different. Very nice job on the chest, solid work on the arms. You are developing quite nicely. Its funny cause in the pics, you can how you have grown older too. Whats your height and weight? How long have you been training, including before and after injury? Anyways, I recommend checking out the training board for some good advice on routines and whatnot.

Best of luck!

Had been training 1.5 years before injury, stopped for 1.5 years and now it's been 6 months since I came back from the injury. Anyone have advice for making my abs show more.

Looking good bro, keep up the hard work. As for abs......yeah that's diet chief. Lose body fat and they pop out. It looks like you're already pretty low but don't overtrain those abs. They are like every other muscle. 2 x's a week is plenty and do it until you get a great great burn in them after each set is completed. DO all SIDES of the abs, not just regular crunches. Work it all. Once you shred up you will start to see abs but if you're not working them hard enough they won't show up. But they are over-train-able! lol.......keep up the good work though bud

Do I look any different? LOL is that a joke. Of course you look different bro. It looks like two different people almost. Congratulations! and keep it up.

Why are you on a discussion website where 95% of the members use juice asking for a critique? You don't believe in steroids and it shows bro.

You don't believe in them??? What don't you believe? They do exist and they do work so what is not to believe?
Just messin with ya bro!
You look solid, keep up the training, and as far as those abs go...losing BF is the only hope for getting the abs to show.

I don't believe in them because I enjoy seeing what my hard work can do without them.
