HGH Injection timing - Plunkey get in here

So resisitance (weight train) on an empty stomach after HGH injection in the AM?? What if i were to do fasted steady state cardio in the AM and train at night with my lifts???

I think the call is HGH in the morning on empty stomach regardless (irregardless).
 
You want to mimic your bodies natural pulsation, so do an injection when you first wake up, and then at least three hours apart thereafter. I do the following to get my 4iu's per day:
Wake Up 4am - 1iu
PWO 7am - 1iu
Pre-lunch - 11am - 1iu
Pre-dinner - 6pm - 1iu

I would go broke injecting that much and I am not a poor man.
 
It's a lot of injections for a day too.. That would be challenging to manage during the work week for me
 
I only ever did 2iu's a day and did it in one shot.
 
It doesn't have to be on an empty stomach for every shot. If your meals are spaced every 3 hours and you do it pre-meal it's good enough. The objective is to mimic your bodies natural pulsation which you benefit from if you do several times per day in smaller doses versus one large dose.

My goal is different - I'm 36, this isn't HRT for me I'm doing this while on cycle. I have 800iu's - almost done with the first 400iu's, will do some PCT and continue my HGH and then blast in another month or so with the second round of 400iu's. I'm only taking 4iu's a day.
