Hi guys I dont think I have posted here b4 but I am currently on a DBOL and DECA only cycle i am weaning my self off the dbol right now was takin 40mg then just kept lowering it im on 10 now and its almost the end of week 4 and i will discontinue it I bulked a little when i was taking more of it but i didnt want to bulk and loose tone so I upped my cardio and lowered dbol and upped the deca a lil and im gettin more cut quicker than I was im benching like 330 lbs 1RM and im 184 so that is pretty good for a novice but I want a good cycle im thinking of oral turniabol and sustan 250 the 5 test esters and BOLDJECT wich is generic for equiopise or however u spell it u guys think thats a good cycle?
 
Test/Eq/T-Bol is a solid cycle. With a good diet, you'll do very well. For future refrance, no need to taper the D-Bol (or really any type of AAS for that matter)

Turbocharged Dbol or what? 330 at 184# is not novice. Sure you're not using a carbon fiber 5lb barbell? :)

No I am 196 now! last I checked my weight was 184 i checked it 2day fucking week later i gained a nice amount.Ive gained 16b lbs so far started off at 180 and yes I am benching 330lbs I constantly go up on weight like for my begining chest workout its something like this 145x10 185x2 210x2 270x6 250x 8 230x11 AT FAILURE for example i constantly icnrease everything even my warm ups and idk if been tryin really hard focusing putting my full ability towards it I got no idea how many caloreis I am getting in but I can ssure u all of it is CLEAN 100% clean im eating raw brocoli raw spinach tomatoes raw potatoes microwaved NOTHING ON EM sweet potatos PLAIN oatmeal ON gold standard protein im gettin the 40-40-20 ratio but my fat intake is real low tho i only get the fats i need like omega 3 and stuff like that plus I do a pretty hard ass boxing workout 2hrs 5 days a week so idk thats prolly adding on to my strength or hurting it maybe its overtraining me I dont know ill post pics when I get a digi cam =)
And ive been lifting seriuosly since JULY of 2006 so I am doing pretty good

fuck ur 5x5 theory for real I do chest, arms, then full body exercises and shouldrrs. i do deadlifts squat thrusts
rockey press shrus bench incline bench push ups I hold 2 50lb weights u can hold wich are made for that and walk my stairs in sets wich is about 14 stairs carpetted i do tricep palms up and down wrist curls standing curls hammer curls i do alot of shit man lol im telling u EAT ALOT its all how u eat honestly it is and ur training im sure u kno what ur doing anwyays tho thank you for the help peace! dude i have NOTHING to learn about dieting i know alot i take in 40g pro 40g c and about 10g fat every meal 6 meals a day up to my 4th then i get lower on carbs THIS WORKS FOR ME I KNOW WHAT I AMD OING WITH DIET just becu zI am 19 and type LIKE SHIT 2 U BVECUZ I DONT CARE doesnt mean I cant lift or eat right

And I have been competing and dieting for 8 years longer than you have been alive and I am still learning about all of this. And its my job to do so. Arrogance= ignorance.... :rolleyes:

shit u guys are crazy I never saiud anything about quadsweep I CAN TELL BY LOOKING AT HIS PHOTOGRAPH THAT HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. I also know what I am doing my diet I get fibours and complex carbs in every meal and the fructose or glucose w/e part 2 meals because 85% i READ shouold be complex I get high quality protein and man I know I am doing good because I was taking 20mg for 2 weeks of dbol and then 30mg for 1 week and then I dropped 2 ten and i injected 250mg's of deca my first 2 weeks then about 325 my 2nd 2 injections and WITHIN those 4 weeks Ive gained 16 lbs BUT the thing is I know dbol adds water weight but I am more lean I did NOT use deca or dbol to bulk up on yes silly me thats what you use them for heh but I said fuck it im taking em anwyays and I do it my way I gained lean muscle honestly my bench went up crazy I was benching 285 then i started this shit and 4 weeks later im at 330 so IDK its not turbocharged dbol lol its BD 10mg i checked the pills they r IDENTICAL in size shape color everything on the BD website wich is currently NO LONGER up so thanks guys i will post more this is a very nice site bye! =) oh yeah and GET456 refer me to SNATCH why becuz snatch is a COP I dont trust u get456 dont ever send me a source becuz I bet its a cop. =)
