i just took my xanax cuz i had another wicked attack. when they stop, i get all kinds of sick feeling. i feel like i'm on fire right now. but i'm gonna go sleep cuz these pills either lay me to waste or make me an unreasonable asshole who wants to fight with everyone. so everyone have a good night, no name calling and use a coaster. dammit i hate it when you guys don't use a coaster! they're right fucking there next to the glasses, would it fucking kill you to pick one up and use it? you sure the hell know how to get 6 ice cubes and not fill the tray back up, but nah, you'll pass on the coasters.......is that a cigarette butt over there???

holy shit man. you feel like you are gonna die. rapid heart beat, dizziness, yesterday my arms got numb and i felt way uncoordinated and this is when i was fucking driving. hard to breathe, it's pretty miserable. no matter if you know what is happening to you or not, you can't stop that feeling of dread. there really isn't shit that i'm afraid of in this world. but the closest thing is that someone else will wind up dying because of me....

My ex girl used to get those, they pretty much suck. I sometimes feel anxiety when going to crowded places like malls, parks, etc...but nothing too drastic that would normally require meds.

they try and keep you from being dependant on anti-anxieties like xanax and valium by co-oping it with an anti-depressant. it doesn't work real well. i still need the xanax. being anti-social is partly a social/mental issue, but can be worked out. it sounds more like isolation, which i believe to be a habit more than anything....

I take klonopin twice per day every day and have been doing so for nearly 8 years. You get used to the effects, so the drowsiness doesn't affect me much. If I miss a dose, I will know it real soon. Wicked.

I took anti-depressants for a year for panic attacks and all it made me do it gain weight. Xanax is very safe, but like everything else you have to use it in moderation. If you take them too often you'll can become addicted and built a tolerance. I have friends that take Xanbars (2.0mg) then party.
