Yonkers, I've seen you say that is you in your avatar pic. It doesn't look like you. Is it really you? Why the big change? Stop working out?

It was taken a couple years ago before I blew my knee out. Total reconstruction on my right knee. Screws and all. I was in bed for 10 days after the surgery in a machine that bent my knee for 8 hours day. I really never recovered. Could not really lift for 7 months and by that time I got lazy. Put on weight.
Started really working out this year again. In the pic I was 185 and now I am 218. But my bf% is alot higher! Been working on my diet and training again.

I ran test 700mg and deca 300mg for 10 weeks and then ran 50mg ed on win for 6 weeks. Still have the fat face. Diet was not as clean as it should be, summer = beer.

I know. It was dumb but... I wanted to enjoy my summer. After my wedding and all. It was so stressful, I just wanted to let loose. Was out often with clients for dinner and drinks and that = no good. Cleaning it up now and will rock out in October.

1 - 3 Dbol 40mg ed
1 - 10 Test 500mg
1 - 10 Deca 200mg
8 - 13 Primo 600mg
8 - 13 Var 40mg (Real Spa)


Not 100% sure yet. Might use Mast and Win instead on the back end.
