Hey Hey, Doc is my Bro he is really good peoplez lets all show him a worm EF welcome.... He is about to blow up in the gym... got really good energy levels and is really keeping his diet in check, also he follows all that I teach him when it comes to training too.... He used to be a Little on the chubby side but is starting to lean up really well.... Ill make him post up some pics real soon
