youngguns- my dog, who is big and muscular and VERY happy and playful, is now stiff, limping, too tired to get up, has her tail tucked between her legs, and cries when she tries to walk up or down stairs. She also has a little fever and just rests her head in my lap instead of playing.

big hugs... she'll be better in no time. Mine, right about the end of last week has really started to come around. She's eating, limping less, and more active in general. You should get some cosequine for her joints if you don't already.

i feel so bad for her.
she's on different meds and the vet said she should feel better by thursday. she's sleeping in one of the bathrooms right now. its warm in that one and she won't leave.
