i'm 7 wks out from teenage nationals, i'm at 7% bodyfat as of 2 days ago. doing the high low thing with my diet as of right now, my high day consists of 35grms of starchy carbs, and 65 grms of fiberous carbs. and my low day is just 50grms. of fiberous carbs. (mainly just broccili). my protein intake is the same for each day, 2 meals of 6oz. chicken, and the other 4 meals are 7 eggwhites, total 28 eggwhites a day.

WISH ME LUCK ONLY 7 MORE WEEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea thanks man, its hard competiting as teen, u really don't get to do anything with your summers but diet and train, the diet part is the only thing that sucks, I love to train, my goal is to be a pro one day, maybe well see

i dunno if id ever wanna go pro, i meen a nice build is one thing, like 250 is pushing it though, anything after that with super low body fat is almost enough to make me sick, the way some of those guys look is just not even cool, being that big is kinda gross past a cerian point
