hey guys, need ur help, i leave my supps in ur hands!!

ok guys I am 5'11 165 bls 28 years old. I flat bench 170 5x5, incline 155 5x5
squats 140 5x5 deadlift 140 5x5 military press 110 5x5 curls 95 5x5 triceps 70 5x5. i work out 5x a week 2 days off. i take in about 5000 cals everyday
i need a stack that will make me blow up even more.

i just started working out about a year ago. all i did before was play handball for about 12 years so i was pretty skinny bastard i weight about 120 since 15-24 then i started to eat more cause i stop handball for good. i want to be atleast 220bls but lean mass it can take me a few years i know and i am ok with that. but i would like ur help with supps i read alot about supps i have taken cell-tech and a bunch of other stuff i stoped taking them cause i read every where that its all water not really muscle.

i been loooking into gaspari's stack, also the bsn stack, or maybe go with cell-tech and nitro-tech hardcore. im not sure here guys i have been at it for a week now and cant make up my mind. so plz if u have supps that have worked great for u. plz give me some light into this cause i am lost at the moment. i been thinking of gear too but then again lost with that too no source so its hard for me. wel sry about the shitty grammar i know its bad. and thank you very much for reading this and have a great day.
 
I am pretty new to this but it seems like my body changed more rapidly since I started using Big Blast from protein factory. I also really like Lipoflame and Amp, those things make me able to work out much longer than without.

All good products right there. Also get your diet in check. I got a good cook book coming out soon that will help with that.
 
i eat a light meal 1/2 be4 work out with a NOxplod shake. dose and a half of cell tech right after work out and an entire meal.== 5000 cals a day is plenty just make sure its lean cals not fast food!!! i put on about 10lbs with a product called leukik from muscletech with the NO and celltech. take the recomended dosage and drink lots of water everyday... YES your going to put on water weight but it helps build your muscle, when you get to a size you like you will be able to cut the water off and look tight!!! get yourself a protien supp that you like, you will need to take in 30-45 grams every 2 hours or so anything more is a waist. and dont waist your money smart shop and find the cheepest price!!!!!
