How about sharing your routine and or secrets to your :
- Deltoids,
- Pecs
- and arms

Your snap shot shows real good form, and I was wondering if you would give us a 1 week training breakdown.

Personally I have allot of time to kill (software engineer), so i try to go to the gym twice a day. I work 1 group a day ( twice ). Basically 6 days training and 1 day off.

But in complete honesty, while my routine is to train harder than most in my country club ( ballys ) like gym, it is somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes I want to stick to one exercise for more than 1 day, or skip other exercises all together ( legs ) so all other days are then messed up.

So this is the basis of my question.

you say your working 1 group 2xday? are you saying that if ur training delts you work them 2 separate times a day?? i dont know what your routine is but it sounds like overtraining to me, unless you have the best recuperative abilities ever..this thread will prob get moved to to the training forum but im not sure galaxy will share his secrets lol;; yes the bro has an awesome physique..i would bet his delt routine includes some sort of pressing movement, side lat's,something for rear delt..or some variation of those standard exercises..no doubt heavy heavy weights..so heavy there is no way you could possibly train delts the next day effectively let alone 6 hours later!! just MHO
 
well to answer your question,
yes, if I hit delts, I will do for instance Military presses w/ 150 lbs on each side.
- that is my max of course, only good for 2 or 3 sets of 5, and it takes me at least
7 or 8 sets to get to that weight comfortably, but when i do, I hit the hot tub / dry sauna area to relax a bit before leaving.

then on my pm shift, stretches again of course, then back to either the same as AM
or half that and some other delt exercises.

Remember I only hit the group hard 1 day a week. Usually.
And I am not sore, I just am tired allot.

Also, I take HGH ( saizene ) 4 IU a day, 3 on 1 off, so that helps :)

bro ur military press is 300 lbs plus the bar??? Why do you need galaxy's routine you should have some pretty big friggin delts????
 
Pretty basic. I have been following a different routine the past 4 or months, but my core routine has been followed for a couple of years. I will outline both. BTW Im back on my original routine, while implementing some of routine 2 into it.

Ill post it later though, I gotta be somewhere quick.
 
Hey Galaxy, I hate to get off topic hear, but could you check out the thread on Precontest and Offseason cycling. I would like to hear your thoughts on that.
 
My original routine:

Monday Back bis

DEADS 135x8,225x5,315x3, and then pick a weight to do for a couple sets of 8 for a couple weeks, then switch to 6's,5's,3's and so on.
SHRUGS 135x8,225x8,315x8, 405x8, 495xwhatever
BB ROWS 135x8 225x8, 315x whatever(If I get 8 I go heavier)
Close grip pulldown or wide 3x8 last set to failure
seated rows 3x8

bb curls
incline curls
cable concentration

Honestly dont train arms very often. Im lazy!

Wednesday Chest shoulders tris
FLAT BENCH set up like deads, but only one set to failure with a couple cool down sets
INCLINE BENCH pick a weight for 3 sets of 8 , if feeling good work up to one heavy set all out
CABLE FLYS 3x8 last set to failure, I always increase weight each set , so the first two are not to failure, this goes along with alot of my other excersizes such as bis and tris.
NOW FOR DELTS...............BEHIND THE NECK PRESS! THATS IT! work up to one heavy set anywhere between 3 and 8 reps. Ive done 325 for a double after all my chest stuff.
Sometimes I do some upright rows also. Work up to one heavy set to failure always doing 8 reps. 135x8,155x8, 185x8, 205 to failure
TRIS start with close grip bench and then some pushdowns. Then I pump them up wiht rope pushdowns, super setted with rope overheads for 15 reps each. Then I finish by setting up smith bar 3 ft off ground and place hands about a foot apart on bar and back away from bar and do french presses super setted with diamond pushups.

Fri is leg day

I dont think I will bother with my other routine, but the only thing I will implement from it is drop sets on my last set of cable flys , delt work, and maybe some bicep stuff.

Yeah that too! Probably to good. Im a lazy ass! Can count the times I have trained arms on one hand in the past 4 months. Havent even done much lifting past 2 months and Im holding at 240lbs with abs.

I have allot of time on my hands because within my software development team, I am the fastest, most accurate, and the one with the vision. I should, I own that corporation and 2 more.

And since I've made planty of money in the last year to float me for at least a year, I am not in too much of a hurry to be anywhere. However, xonic2xonic2, thanks for asking.
