Hey bro's! It's been a while! I am just writing ya'll this to give ya an update on my DNP cycle. I started at 200mg/day for the planned 3 weeks but have decided to go on a little longer...I was gonna upit to 400mg/Day but decided not to. My body fat % has dropped about 3-4% so far and I have kept my strength pretty much the same (gone down a little but o well) I started this with Clomid post cycle and so far it has worked very well and I advise anyone who has done there homework and thinks there ready to give it a try. But always start with a low dose for at least the first 4 days to se how your body reacts to the stuff as you all know DNP is nuting to mess with. My diet has been on and off due to work and thats also why I have not been around so much. I have been working non stop and when I am not working I am in the gym or sleeping LOL (have noticed a touch of insomnia but am always tired. I think I'll go another week or so and see how it goes and I'll keep you posted. Any questions post em here and I'll get to em asap for you. If you have e-mailed me in the past couple weeks and have not gotten a responce just sent it again and I will get it for you. My Account has been acting a little weird when I have tried to access it. Congrats on your progress, not losing your gains you made on you cycle is great. Just curious what was your goals for the cycle cutting, bulking and what were your stats after the cycle. I've got two weeks left on my cycle and four weeks before clomid and I'm interested in running DNP with my clomid. I'm just curious as to what you did and if I can get compairable results. Keep up the good work.

Any idea on how you are going to come off(will you use T3 or just carb load)? Have you been eating maintenance calories?
 
My diet has been around 3000 cals a day and coming from mostly protein and simple carbs (fruit). My stast are 6'0" about 215 and body fat is unknown but if I had to guess I'd say around 9 or 10% maybe ??:confused: I'll keep you posted

Great results so far bro, im going to do a dnp cycle in the next month or so but only for 7 days to see how i react to it.

Have you done any measurements at all? I was wondering how many inchs you have lost of your waist, since this is where most guys (me included) store fat.
