OK OK WE dont have a problem ..just wanted ur attention. i know u are a very busy wise old man..lol....but can u please suggest the best way to cycle these "supplements" for my precontest prep.

i planned to use ur calorie breakdown i saw u suggest for someone else where u started him at 3200cal first 2 weeks no A.S. at a 40pro 40carb 20fat breakdown. and the next 2 weeks u took the cals down to 2700 at a 30carb 50pro 20fat breakdown and so on. is that ok to follow? im just in a rush because my show is in 14weeks.

im 5'8" 220lbs with cuts and good muscle hardness already.

I actually thought about your cycle, since you are using Ip gear this is what I came up with:

W1**No drugs
W2**No drugs
W3**Dnp maybe?
W4**Dnp maybe?
W5** Anavar 60mg ED
W6** Anavar 60mg ED
W7** Anavar 60mg ED
W8** Anavar 60mg ED
W9** Anavar 60mg ED/ T3: 12.5-25mcg
W10**Anavar 60mg ED/ T3: 25-37.5mcg/ Winny 50mg ED
W11** T3: 37.5-50mcg/ Winny 100mg ED
W12** T3: 75-50mcg/ Winny 100mg ED
W13** T3: 37.5-25mcg/ Winny 100mg ED
W14** T3: 25-12.5mcg/ Winny 100mg ED

If you were to use clen, you would use it on w3-w4, w7-8, w11-12, and adipo in between. If you don't want to use clen, you can use adipo throughout or just on those weeks I outlined.

This cycle is going to be rough on the liver and JOINTS. Why don't you use injectables?

You told me you wanted to use DNP, I really don't know much about it, but I tried to include it. You can also add it, I think w9-10.

As far as ratios, If you use DNP, keep it at 40/40/20 the first 4 weeks, then 30/50/20 for 4 weeks and 20/60/20 and possibly 10/70/20.

I need to tell you that this is not a very safe cycle, but it's the best I can do with what you've given me.

In order for me to help you design a diet, you need to tell me when you can eat. Do you work, go to school... Bottom line, when can you eat, and what foods are accessible to you.

Ah yes, you're going to do very well at the show. If you had a girlfriend/wife who cooks all your meals you'd be at the olympia by now. Lol.

You will be training quite a bit, can you train twice a day, cardio in the morning, weights at night?

As far as diet you are going to start with relatively high calories, 3000 the first couple of weeks working to improve cardio conditioning. Then lower it to 2700 for the next 2 weeks (on the DNP).

For the next 4 weeks 2500cals focusing on improving overall look, vascularity, cardio.

For the next 4 weeks 2250-1800 cal, the torture begins. We'll determine what is good for you.

Stick with the same calories, let's say 2k, and then finally the whole carb loading carb depletion, the last 1-2 weeks before the show.

Write up a diet using all the info, with the ratios and I'll make modifications.
 
my plan was to stay on dnp(i love the stuff) for a month then off for 2-3 weeks then back on for a month. now when im on its safe to assume that 30% of calories eaten will be burned up so if im on 3000cals a day thet comes out to 2100cals ED then when i drop down to 2700cals i will really be at 1800cals Ed. what do u think we should do about that?
 
What are your workouts like? Weights while on DNP and cardio? Several posts have talked about how lifting is pretty useless while on DNP, wondering what people who have been on longer cycles have done..
 
entre--workouts are fine...i dont loose one step. at 300mg ED i can go for a month and while im loosing fat my workouts never suffer. however everyone is different and what doesnt bother me may bother someone else.

--2 protein shakes at seperate times during the day(water and powder making 90gms protein per shake)

--2 meals of 6oz catfish with mixed vegetables (eaten at seperate times)

--2 meals of 6oz chicken breast w/salsa(eaten at seperate times)

1 gal of water ED. let me know what i should change here. thanks bro.

What protein powder are you using(Don't tell me it's an MRP)? That's way to much protein from shakes, but it's acceptable for the first 4 weeks.

You might want to be more specific about when you workout, and if cardio is possible on DNP so we can time meals properly.

Add fiber to your diet, from beans and Metamucil and healthy fats like olive or flax oil. I would advise you to add a little dairy for the first 4 weeks, maybe a cup of skim milk or/and some cottage cheese.

1 gallon of water is not enough, shoot for 1.5-2 a day.

Btw, wjhat exactly are the mixed vegetables, any corn in it?

I need more specific information: for example

Meal 1 (8am/ 30 mins after waking up)

2 scoops of whey
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 a cup of dry regular oatmeal

Carbs/Pro/Fat

35/60/5

Get it?
