ok heres the breakdown....the first few weeks would be 48pro/37carb/15fat my
my calories fall around 2500-2600 per day.
--meal 1(7am as soon as i wake up)
3scoops of milk and egg protein powder in 1 cup of skim milk or water. with milk the breakdown is 98gms pro, 25carbs, 4gms fat.
--meal 2(10am)
6oz baked catfish with 4oz mixed vegetables(containing carrots, corn,potatoes,peas, green beans,lima beans) 4oz rice--27gms pro, 10gms fat, 57gms carbs
--meal 3(1pm)protein bar and 1 sweet potatoe. 24pro,29carb, 7fat
--meal 4--(3pm)same as meal 1
--meal 5--(6pm)same as meal 2
--meal 6--(9pm)same as meal 3
the pro,carb, fat info is the total amount for each meail. since i workout either in the morning or the evening i move the meals around to fit into the schedule for the day. as for cardio i have always just walked on the incline treadmill or 45min starting 3 days a week working up to 6 days a week. this year i wanted to start cardio around 8 weeks out from the show just to see how low my bodyfat can get using my workout and diet alone. what should i change in terms of what i eat and when?
