Assuming you use iTunes you have to click file > add file to library > *song*. You may need to find the folder limewire downloads to if you havent done this before.

Or just open iTunes, open the folder where the song is at then drag/drop the song(s) into the iTunes music list window to load then. That way you can load as many as you want at one time.
