It calls itself harm reduction, but it implicitly "ok's" drug use.
I think it helps to avoid the negative consequences which make the addict hit bottom. Who's going to quit heroin when you can inject it with fresh works and nod off in a warm and safe environment?

I've done just about every drug under the sun EXCEPT H. I'm sure as hell not proud of what I did in my past but I know guys who went past the experimenting I did and eventually tried Heroin too. All I can say is don't fuck with the big H. It'll get ya.
