Well.... they dropped the ball on the death of nathan. They could have made it more dramatic and drawn out, not just a backward shove and throat cut.
Also, where did Sylar get his flying ability from? He couldn't have absorbed it from Nathan because he had no time and Nathan still had his head intact at the end.
