Well, it's been almost a year and it's finally time. Training 8 years, 34 y/o, 205 lbs b.f. 14-16ish% (I've enjoyed the past 3 months, lol), on a 4 day workout schedule. Here it is: Thoughts?
Test E 500/wk 1-16
D-bol 60mg/ed wk 1-6
Anadrol 75mg/ed wk 7-11
Winny Desma 50 mg/ed (inject) wk 12-16 (Still deciding)
Nolva 10 mg/ed wk 10-18
